| Onboarding (additional support) | $100 / hour |

Associated Terms
Please note the following terms regarding service requests involving state authorities:
- State Involvement: Galvix acts solely as a facilitator and does not control the timelines or outcomes of state-level processes. Consequently, Galvix cannot be held responsible for any delays or decisions made by the state
- Timelines: While Galvix may provide an indicative timeline for completing a request, these estimates are subject to change based on various factors. We will keep you informed of any delays beyond the initial estimate
- Invoicing and Payment: Invoices will be issued before the commencement of services and must be paid within seven days of the invoice date
