Editing a QuickBooks integration

Once a QuickBooks integration is connected, most of the details provided during the setup cannot be modified. However, you can enable or disable tax determination at any time based on your preference.


Steps to Edit QuickBooks Integration:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Locate the QuickBooks integration you want to edit.
  3. Click the three-dot menu next to it.
  4. Select ‘Edit’.
  5. In the form that appears, most fields from the initial setup will be disabled.
  6. To opt in/out of Galvix's Tax Determination.
    1. Find the card that says ‘Use Galvix for Tax Determination’.
    2. Toggle this option on or off based on your preference.

Click ‘Save’ to apply the changes.
