Interpreting your Nexus Status

To review your business’s nexus status, go to Nexus Tracker from the left navigation menu. This page presents a U.S. map with states color-coded based on your nexus status:

• Red – Nexus established; registration required.
• Orange – Nearing the threshold; close to establishing nexus.
• Blue – Already registered in this state.
• Gray – No current nexus exposure.
• White – States with no sales tax.

To view more details about a state's nexus status on the map, hover over it to see a quick summary.

For in-depth insights, click on a state to open a detailed page with its nexus status information.
